Before we arrive

Booking is simple. You can request service through our online quote and booking form, or call us directly if you'd like help choosing the right cleaning for your home.

We can often help on short notice depending on availability. If you need a fast turnaround, give us a call and we'll find the earliest opening for you.

Yes. You can cancel your appointment through the booking portal or by calling us. To avoid any fees, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior will incur a $50 fee, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.

You don't need to stay home for your appointment. We can coordinate secure entry instructions in advance so your cleaning happens while you're out.

We serve Jacksonville and surrounding communities including San Marco, Riverside, Ortega, Baymeadows, Deerwood, San Jose, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Mandarin, Southside, Avondale, Fleming Island, Nocatee, Atlantic Beach. Costs, holds, and checkout

Pricing is based on your home's size, room count, service type, and any add-ons you select. Recurring services typically receive better pricing, and you can get an instant estimate through the booking form before committing to anything.

Payment is processed at the close of day of your scheduled cleaning. A temporary hold may appear the night before to confirm funds, but that hold is not your final charge.

We accept debit and credit card payments through a secure online payment system, making checkout fast and straightforward for customers after booking.

Gift voucher codes can be entered during checkout, and the discount is applied automatically once the code is accepted.

A referral can be tied back to your account when the new customer mentions your full name and uses the referral code during booking. Referral rewards are issued after the qualifying booking milestones are completed.

What the visit includes

A deep clean is a more thorough reset than a standard visit. It is often the right choice for first-time customers or homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while.

This service is designed for homes being prepared for a new move-in or wrapped up after a move-out, with extra attention given to getting the space ready for transition.

It depends on the size and scope of the job. Many homes are handled by one cleaner, while larger or more time-sensitive visits may have a team of two.

For safety reasons, we do not handle biohazards, animal waste, insect or rodent remediation, large furniture moving, major trash disposal, floor refinishing, or high-access cleaning that would require ladders.

Yes. TriJax UV arrives with the supplies and equipment needed for the scheduled service unless you request a specific product preference in advance.

Yes. TriJax UV is fully bonded and insured, so you can feel confident giving us access to your home.

Our cleaners are experienced professionals who go through a careful screening and background-check process before joining the team. We only send people into your home that we'd welcome into our own.

We do our best to keep your visits consistent. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll send another professional who meets the same standard.

Tipping is never required, but customers are always welcome to tip if they feel the service exceeded expectations.

If you're not fully satisfied with your cleaning, we'll send a cleaner back to address the issue and make it right at no extra cost. Your satisfaction isn't a bonus — it's our baseline.
