The Process

What Happens
After You Apply

A simple, transparent process- from application to your first clean.

The entire process typically takes 5–7 business days from application to your first scheduled clean. We respect your time and will keep you informed at every step.

    We Reach Out

    Once we receive your application, a member of our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to answer any questions, share our rate details, and get to know you a little better.

  2. 02

    Paid Test Clean

    We'll schedule a paid test clean so we can see your work firsthand- and so you can experience how we operate. It's a two-way evaluation. We want to make sure it's a great fit for both of us.

  3. 03

    Onboarding Paperwork

    If we're both happy to move forward, we'll collect a few standard documents: W-9, background check authorization, work eligibility verification, and a copy of your driver's license.

  4. 04

    Background Check

    We run a background check through our screening partner. This is standard for all cleaners joining our team.

  5. 05

    Independent Contractor Agreement

    Once everything clears, we'll send you an Independent Contractor Agreement electronically for your signature. After that's signed, you're officially part of the TriJax UV team.

Do you speak and understand English?
A reliable transportation is a requirement for the job. Do you have full-time access to a valid and reliable transportation?
Is your vehicle covered by insurance and can you provide proof of insurance?
Have you ever been arrested or convicted of an offense or crime?
Do you have a bank account that can take payment by direct deposit?
This job requires lifting of 30 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and performing cleaning duties. Are you able to do this?
Are you able to work around common household pets without restrictions?
Can you go without smoking for 4 hours?

  1. I am an independent contractor. I understand I am self-employed and not an employee of TriJax UV, any customer, or any other party involved in arranging services through the TriJax UV platform. This is my choice and my intention.
  2. I have relevant experience. I currently do, or have previously done, work that is the same as or similar to the services I intend to offer through TriJax UV.
  3. I operate an independent business. I am engaged in an established trade, occupation, or profession — whether as a sole proprietor or business entity — and I maintain a principal place of business in connection with that work.
  4. I offer my services to the public. I advertise and make myself available to provide the same or similar services outside of the TriJax UV platform, and I may contract with other parties for similar work.
  5. My services are outside TriJax UV’s premises. I understand that the work I perform will be carried out at customer locations, not at any TriJax UV premises.
  6. I am responsible for my own costs. This includes tools, supplies, materials, insurance, and any personnel I choose to engage. TriJax UV does not cover these expenses.
  7. I work independently. I understand that TriJax UV will not provide me with formal instructions or job-specific training.
